The GTArena competition will take place throughout Q1 2024. GTArena is open to everyone.

How does the scoring system work during the competition?
- Here’s an overview diagram of the scoring system for the competition.
- Individual Score
- A player's individual score is calculated based on their net $NRNs earned throughout the entire duration of the P2A competition.
- $NRN Earned = Ending NRN balance - Beginning NRN balance.
- 🚨 $NRNs can be transferred on Testnet, but we will only consider $NRNs earned in-game for scoring purposes. Transferred $NRNs will not be counted.

- Multipliers
- Access Multiplier - Players can collect access multipliers by using unique referral code links or having AI Arena NFTs.
- Team Multiplier - Players can maximize their team multiplier by joining a team that achieves a high placement in the team competition.
- The total score is the product of the individual score and the applicable multipliers.
- NRN Airdrop is calculated based on a player's Total Score.
- The distribution of the airdrop favors the top of the points leaderboard to incentivize strong performance.
- All participants will receive an airdrop so long as:
- They meet the minimum activity thresholds* within the event. *Determined at the discretion of the project
- They finish with positive $NRN Earned balance.
How does the Access Multiplier work?
- An Access Multiplier is granted to your wallet, depending on how you accessed the GTArena competition. You can access in the following ways:
- Wallets holding AI Arena NFTs
- A snapshot will be taken of the wallets holding AI Arena NFTs in mid January 2024.
- Wallets pre-registered in AI Arena Discord Server or via exclusive referral link
- Wallets that sign-up via a Special Referral Link. Full list here.
- Here are the tiers of Access Multipliers

How does the Team Multiplier work?
- Teams will receive a Max Team Multiplier based on their placement on the Team Leaderboard. The higher the team's placement, the greater the potential multiplier. See full break down of tiers here.
- Team score is calculated by averaging the $NRNs earned by the top tier of players on each team.
- Players within a team will also receive different multipliers depending on their relative positions, which are segmented by tiers. The top tier performers will receive the Max Team Multiplier, while the bottom tier performers will receive no multiplier. The multipliers for the middle tiers will be determined using linear interpolation.
- The size and cutoff thresholds of the tiers will be determined once the competition begins. This is done to mitigate adversarial behavior. Details here.
Will there be a cap on how many players can join a team?
- Yes, the cap is 1,000 players per team, FCFS.
- Once team selection opens, players will have a limited amount of time to join a team.
- Once a team reaches its limit, it will be closed. The remaining players will need to choose from the teams that still have available spots.
- Players who do not join a team, or join after all teams have maxed out, will receive a default 1x Team Multiplier.
What will the schedule of the competition look like?

- Our current target is to start the Competition phase of the campaign in late-January 2024.
- The entire competition will span approximately 5 weeks, including 3 weeks of competition and rest weeks in between. Please refer to the template schedule below.

Will competitors be able to check their standing and point totals in real time during the competition?
- All details and standings about the competition will be updated in the GTArena campaign web portal.
All About Neuron ($NRN) Token
AI Arena will introduce a native token called Neuron ($NRN), which is an utility token essential to player strategy in the on-chain version of the game.
In Season 1, a total of 80 million NRN tokens, accounting for 8% of the total supply, will be distributed to the AI Arena community through an airdrop.
🔹 40 million tokens are allocated as the prize pool for the GTArena P2A competition. 🔹 40 million tokens are allocated as the prize pool for the $NRN Prize Boxes.

How does the Referral Competition work?
- Sign up in the official GTArena web portal to receive your own unique referral link.
- We track all users who join through your link.
- You will earn points based on the progress of each user you refer in our game. The further they advance in AI Arena, the more points you will earn.
Where can I check the Referral Competition leaderboard?
- Head over to the GTArena web portal and connect your wallet to check your position on the leaderboard.
What are the prizes for the competition?
- Prize pool of 500 $NRN Boxes across the Top 50 in the on the Referral Competition leaderboard
